MEMBERSHIP FEES

The membership rates specified here apply to all Ordinary Members, Extraordinary Members and Associate Members of WA Indian Docs as defined in the Constitution.

  • We are registering with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) as a charitable organisation, as a definite proportion of your contributions goes to charity
  • A proportion of our revenue also goes towards supporting junior doctors such as scholarships and travel grants

DOCTORS-IN-TRAINING (DiT) MEMBERSHIP

As defined in the Constitution of WA Indian Docs, where ‘Doctors-in-Training’ means a junior doctor as defined in the AMA Awards Agreement of Western Australia.

  • Doctors-in-Training (DiT) MEMBERSHIP – All Doctors-in-Training or junior doctor Members receive 50% discount in membership fees
  • WA Indian Docs maintains the right to verify junior doctor credentials for the purpose of admission to membership

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

As defined in the Constitution of WA Indian Docs, where ‘Medical Student’ means an undergraduate in the Faculty of Medicine in any University within Western Australia.

  • Student Members receive a 75% discount in membership fees
  • WA Indian Docs maintains the right to verify student credentials for the purpose of admission to membership
